History

This school is an institution of "Maduraiyil Sivakasi Nadargal Uravinmurai" which was established in the year 1948. The Uravinmurai has been doing yeoman services in the field of medical aid for the past several years. The hospital with Maternity Home run by the Uravinmurai is very popular for its best treatment and efficient management.

Having pioneered in the field of medical aid, the Uravinmurai has entered into the field of education by starting this school in the year 1984.The aim of the school is to impart high standard education and knowledge to the children and inculcate the sense of discipline in their minds at the early stage itself so that they will grow as good as leading citizens of our country.

Curriculum

The curriculum adopted in the school ensures the achievement of high communicative competence in English. Triangular languages system is being implemented from U.K.G to Std. VII.

We follow the syllabus recommended by the Board of Matriculation school from Std. I onwards.

School Motto

The Motto of School is "Learn to Lead". Intellectual Alertness, Creativity and Talent for Innovation go into the making of a leader. The school imparts such an education to the students to bring them up as Leaders in any way of life.

School Timings

The students are expected to be in the School premises at 8.15 a.m. on all School Days. Second and Fourth Saturdays are Holidays, other Saturdays are full working days. All Saturdays & Sundays are Holidays for LKG to III Std.

Lunch Hours

For K.G. Classes : 11.20 a.m. To 12.30 p.m.
For all other Classes : 12.20 p.m. To 12.50 p.m.
